We offer support, guidance, and a strategic plan to incorporate lifestyle changes that include healthier eating, stress reduction, lower sugar consumption, self-care techniques, and acts of radical self-acceptance. We empower our clients to stay in the driver's seat, enabling them to remain committed to making positive, healthy changes. Our vision for clients is for them to care for their minds and bodies, enabling them to achieve a more balanced, healthy, and peaceful life. $120 per hour
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is an ancient healing modality designed to enhance serenity and calm. Clients can choose to incorporate essential oils for an additional cost during their massage or Health coaching. Priced on request.
